چکیده

Primary cutaneous lymphomas rank as the second most common clinical form of extranodal non-Hogdkin malignant lymphomas. Among non-Hodgkin skin T-cell lymphomas, Mycosis Fungoides (MF) is frequent occurence. The MF lymphoma originates in skin-homing helper T-cells, which express CD4 + marker, showing chronic evolution, with recurrent lesions. In advanced stages, patients may experience severe/extensive lesions or extracutaneous localizations disease. secondary breast more than Hodgkin lymphoma. mammographic characteristics we mention: oval round tumor mass, well-defined indistinct margins, absence intratumoral calcifications, presence intramammary lymph nodes, supra-adjacent thickening and lymphedema that causes diffuse increase density. ultrasound features run follows: it shape, Doppler are identified hypervascularized masses. description imaging mammary to required before performing core-needle biopsy.

Primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.

Primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs) encompass a clinically and biologically heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHLs) defined by clonal proliferation of skin-homing malignant T lymphocytes and natural killer cells. They account for up to 75% to 80% of all cutaneous lymphomas. The current WHO-EORTC classification of cutaneous lymphomas with primary cutaneous manifestations lists...

Genotypic analysis of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.

The gene encoding the beta-chain of the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) has been analyzed for evidence of rearrangement in skin, blood, and lymph node specimens from 23 cases of known or suspected cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Two cutaneous large cell lymphomas, 4 cases of Sézary syndrome, and 5 cases of advanced (tumor) stages of mycosis fungoides showed clonal rearrangement of the TCR beta-...

An overview of cutaneous T cell lymphomas

Cutaneous T cell lymphomas (CTCLs) are a heterogeneous group of extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphomas that are characterized by a cutaneous infiltration of malignant monoclonal T lymphocytes. They typically afflict adults with a median age of 55 to 60 years, and the annual incidence is about 0.5 per 100,000. Mycosis fungoides, Sézary syndrome, and primary cutaneous peripheral T cell lymphomas not ...

PLCG1 mutations in cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.

Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) is a heterogeneous group of primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoproliferative processes, mainly composed of mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome, the aggressive forms of which lack an effective treatment. The molecular pathogenesis of CTCL is largely unknown, although neoplastic cells show increased signaling from T-cell receptors (TCRs). DNAs from 11 patients with ...
